Partial Truckload
If you have shipments that use less than 35 feet of a trailer, you can save money while helping to reduce the number of trucks on our roadways. This service offers you the exclusive use of a portion of our trailer. Your rate is based on the portion of the trailer’s capacity that you use.

How Does This Service Work?
We will pick up your shipment with one of our line-haul trailers. You will load your shipment in the nose of our trailer. A bulkhead will be installed behind your shipment. We will then bring the trailer to our service center where additional freight will be added to the trailer by our LTL partner. The extra freight will be delivered prior to your shipments delivery.

If delivery time is a factor, we might be able to fill the nose of the trailer with freight, put up a bulkhead, then bring our line-haul trailer to your facility, then you would load your shipment on the rear of the trailer for early delivery. This service requires a call to our office to determine it’s availability.

What Type Of Products Is This Service Designed For?
If you are a shipper of products that you do not want re-handled, but that do not fill a trailer, this service is for you. This service is available for products that require blanket wraps and products that require temperature control from 0 to 70 degrees. Examples of shippers who use this service are; manufacturers of high value machinery; manufacturers and distributors whose shipments are too expensive to ship using LTL rates; and manufacturers of fragile and hard to handle products.
