Our mission of providing a higher standard of service begins with our drivers. We believe they are the most important factor in providing superior service. At Green transportation our drivers are not just a number, in fact we call them “Road Pilots”. Our office is family and pet friendly. We offer an excellent pay and benefit package, but pay and benefits are not enough, we are developing an “environment of respect” for our road pilots. We are actively thinking of ways to make their jobs and their lives easier.

Our road pilots enjoy regular outbound routes. The outbound loads all depart from our service center. The backhauls are prearranged. Our pilots enjoy one and a half to two days of time-off each week. They enjoy one week of time-off every eight weeks. Our payroll is run weekly and offers direct deposit for their convenience. Our equipment is all 2006 model year or newer. The pay and benefit package is shown below.

• Base Pay - $.45 per mile
• Stop Pay - $ 35 after the first stop
